Surface Door Closer D503 for Standard Doors weighing 45 - 65 kg

The Schartec D503 is a door closer housed in a robust aluminium casing. It is ideally suited for lighter and medium-weight doors with a maximum door width of 950 mm and a door weight of 45 - 65 kg. The Schartec Surface Door Closer D503 comes standard with two adjustment options: on one hand, the closing speed can be adjusted, and on the other hand, the force when latching or closing the door. Additionally, it is suitable for left and right hinged doors and allows an opening angle of up to 180°.

The D503 Door Closer is Durable, Robust, and Safe

Thanks to Schartec's quality assurance, the Surface Door Closer D503 has been successfully tested for 500,000 cycles, promising a long lifespan for the automatic door closer. Safety is also a priority with the D503. It is fire-resistant for three hours and has been certified by Warrington Fire. Thus, its functionality is guaranteed even in the event of a fire. The D503 has also been tested by IFT Rosenheim and comes with a 2-year warranty (see warranty conditions T&Cs).
