The Schartec D2024 is a door closer housed in a slim aluminium casing that projects just 42 mm from the door frame. It is suitable for a wide range of doors with weights from 25 kg up to 85 kg. The maximum door width is 1100 mm. The Schartec overhead door closer D2024 comes as standard with two adjustment options: one to set the closing speed, and another to adjust the latching force when engaging or closing the door. It is suitable for both left- and right-hinged doors and allows an opening angle of up to 180°.
Thanks to Schartec’s quality assurance, the overhead door closer D2024 has been successfully tested to 500,000 cycles, promising a long service life for the automatic door closer. In terms of safety, the D2024 is also impressive: it is fire-resistant for two hours and certified by Warrington Fire. This ensures functionality even in the event of a fire. The D2024 is also tested by IFT Rosenheim and comes with a 2-year guarantee (see warranty terms and conditions).
