Instructions for Setting the Gate Posts in Concrete:

Preparation: Ensure all necessary tools and materials are ready, including drill, screws, hinges, wrench, concrete, and optionally a spirit level.
Positioning: Mark the locations where the posts will be installed. Make sure the posts will be aligned straight and at the same height.
Digging the Hole: Dig a hole deep enough to support the bottom 40 cm of the post plus additional space for concrete. The hole should be at least 30 cm in diameter and 80 cm deep.
Base Layer: Place a layer of gravel or crushed stone evenly at the bottom of the hole.
Inserting the Post: Place the post in the hole, ensuring it stands straight and level on the gravel base.
Concrete Pouring: Mix concrete according to the manufacturer’s instructions and pour it around the post. Use a spirit level to keep the post perfectly vertical. Let the concrete cure for at least 24 hours before proceeding.
Finishing: Optionally, cover the concrete base around the post to protect it from weather exposure.
